(This post is written for alumni of LEAD 365, although all are welcome to read it.)

This week’s post is borrowed from a friend of mine. Some of you met Doug Conant a couple of years ago when he spoke at a West Coach Chamber of Commerce Lessons in Leadership event. Doug retired as CEO of Campbell’s Soup a few years ago and then became the founding chairman of the Kellogg Executive Leadership Institute (Northwestern University’s graduate school). It goes without saying that Doug is one of the best leaders I know.

Doug writes blog postings periodically, and his offering from late last week reminded me of a posting we did back in October, “Good Decisions Build on Each Other.” His insights seem particularly wise so I decided to offer them to you.

In order to see the post, click here and then do a simple registration with his organization. They do this as a way to know who is reading their content. I understand if you prefer not to give your name and email address; I just thought it would be good to expose you to Doug and this insightful posting as hope to have him visit LEAD 365 alumni in the coming year.

If you check it out, I hope you learn something helpful for your future!

Lead well this week! (Even if you’re leading in Fort Lauderdale on spring break!)
