Zeeland, MI — January 5, 2026 — Leading by DESIGN, DISHER Corp.’s leadership development and coaching practice, announced that Brent Heeres has stepped into the role of Managing Director. Previous Managing Director Elizabeth Rolinski has transitioned into the role of Learning and Development Principal, providing executive coaching, leadership training and strategic workshops.
“I’m honored to step into this role and grateful for Elizabeth’s continued partnership,” said Heeres. “Together, along with our other Learning and Development Principals, we’ll keep strengthening the programs and coaching experiences that help leaders grow in meaningful ways.”
Heeres has played a key role in Leading by DESIGN’s growth prior to the transition, contributing to program facilitation, coaching and business development. His background in engineering and executive leadership at DISHER Engineering positions him well to guide Leading by DESIGN into its next phase.
