LEAD 24/7 is a yearlong, cohort-based leadership development experience designed to help leaders grow through reflection, practice, and accountability. 

Through monthly group sessions, individual coaching, and hands-on application, participants can move from insight to action and focus on what will make a meaningful impact over time.

What to Expect

LEAD 24/7 unfolds over 12 months and includes:

12 full-day, in-person training sessions (one per month) Cohort-based learning with up to 12 leaders Experiential learning, reflection, and group discussion
Monthly reading, writing, and practical assignments Two hours of individual coaching each month An overnight, two-day team building retreat

Learning in Community

Cohorts are intentionally small and thoughtfully formed. Groups are typically comprised of up to 12 people who may come from different organizations or the same company.
