LEAD 24/7 is a yearlong, cohort-based leadership development experience designed to help leaders grow through reflection, practice, and accountability.
Through monthly group sessions, individual coaching, and hands-on application, participants can move from insight to action and focus on what will make a meaningful impact over time.

What to Expect
LEAD 24/7 unfolds over 12 months and includes:
| 12 full-day, in-person training sessions (one per month) | Cohort-based learning with up to 12 leaders | Experiential learning, reflection, and group discussion |
| Monthly reading, writing, and practical assignments | Two hours of individual coaching each month | An overnight, two-day team building retreat |
Learning in Community
Cohorts are intentionally small and thoughtfully formed. Groups are typically comprised of up to 12 people who may come from different organizations or the same company.
