My Background & Experience
I’m an educator. My experiences over the decades as a school principal, superintendent, CEO, consultant, and coach have all placed me in the honored space of coming alongside personal and organizational heartaches. As I spent my career attacking those heartaches, I learned the power of listening.

I’ve always been a lifelong learner. My interactions with today’s up and coming leaders provide a profound opportunity for my continued growth. Growth becomes a mutual gift to each other in a coaching setting.

My Favorite Leadership Prompt
I call the thing that rests in the pit of one’s stomach the “rat’s gnaw.” Rarely do we leave a session without identifying and talking through the rat’s gnaw.
