I teach and facilitate LEAD 24/7, Leading by DESIGN’s flagship curriculum. I also provide coaching services to leaders at all level who are participating in the curriculum, as well as individuals looking for personal leadership coaching through Leading by DESIGN.
My Background & Experience
I have a BSME degree with 35 years of experience in the automotive industry. That experience involved growth and expansion, as well as mergers and acquisitions. I have managed and led multiple technical teams in North America, Europe, and Asia. I was able to tap into my passion for coaching and developing individuals to be better equipped for their leadership roles. I also completed Executive Leadership Training at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
My Coaching Philosophy
My approach focuses on equipping individuals to self-assess their current leadership skillset, identify areas they want to grow, and come alongside them as they work to close the gap between the current state of their leadership portfolio and the future (desired) state of their leadership portfolio.

Areas I focus on include technical/engineering, project management, executive coaching, first-time managers and leaders, operations management, women leaders, and strategic planning.
