My Background & Experience
I come from a manufacturing background with business ownership. I have my Advanced Coach Certification and am a Certified Master Coach. I’ve been coaching for 25 years in a variety of industries.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe a great coach serves with a fundamental understanding that in a coaching session there is an expert of the client’s context in the room, and it is not the coach. Another personal insight I lead with is that it is more effective to light a fire within a person than under them.
