My Background & Experience
I have an associate’s degree in executive secretarial. (Is that even a thing anymore? Haha.) I have worked in business operations and office admin at DISHER Corp. (Leading by DESIGN’s parent company) for over 23 years.
My Coaching Philosophy
At the present time, I don’t coach leaders for Leading by DESIGN. I do coach others outside of Leading by DESIGN, in a parachurch organization.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in God’s word. Everything else is fickle. God’s word shapes how I view politics, relationships, and my own self-worth. I’m always trying to learn more about how to adjust my perspective in light of His word.
Areas of Focus
In my coaching outside of Leading by DESIGN, I come alongside lay leaders in classes across West Michigan as they provide a space for women in the community to grow in their study of God’s word. Some of these women have never led others and need a lot of support, encouragement, and practical helps to provide an excellent environment to study and learn.
Something That’s Exciting Me Right Now
The Bible, and my mantra: There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
